I'm sorry to hear about the unrecognized charge showing on your card from Hamster Hut. I recommend reviewing your PayPal Activity Page to see if it's related to any previous subscriptions that you've set up. If not, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps on our Help Center here: What is an automatic payment and how do I cancel or update one? You can also report the unauthorized transaction. Please be sure to include any related charges to the same subscription if you never set it up. After reporting the activity, I also suggest resetting your password and setting up 2-Step Verification.
If you do not see the transactions showing when you review your PayPal Activity Page, please reach out to our Customer Support for assistance reporting the transaction. You can find the different options for contacting Customer Support in your area here: How do I contact PayPal Customer Service? They will most likely also advise you to contact your bank to cancel the card if they find that the charge was not related to a transaction you previously authorized.
