What should I do about a purchase from China where the seller sent a tracking number that shows a different reciepent and address. The package was also sent via China-Post small packets which has a limit of 2kg and what I purchased weighs at least 19.5lbs. I have sent messages to the seller via ebay with no response. I have contacted ebay with the problem but the just put my request on hold because the seller provided a tracking number which shows that it is not being shipped to me. What should I do should I open a dispute with paypal?
