What to do if merchant is threatening, misunsing information, and posting my private information

Seller from instagram is upset that I disputed a transaction. Now they are posting my private infromation, texting me and posting my infromation from paypal all over the web. They also inboxed my job with photoshop imagines of my paypal and threaten to get me fired. What can I do for protection?
