Why does paypal support and condon scamers and fraud.

I order an item from a sell and never got the item, I checked the tracking number with the post office  here and they said that the item that was suppose to be sent to me was sent to a bogas address (they said in other words it was never received by anyone.  Yet paypal said they believe the seller more than the post office or the buyer who never got anything except lost 76.03.  It is just amazing that paypal condons this type of business.

Appeal the case by calling customer service and submit written documentation from the shipping company that for the particular tracking number you were given, your street address was not the street address on the parcel and was not delivered to your street address.

If customer services refuses to overturn the case, file a complaint at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA to reach out to PayPal executive escalations office.
