Why was my claim denied even when item sold no refunds?

I sold an item in great condition, included pictures, videos with buyer and listed the items as ask all questions in advance as no refunds or exchanges. The seller says it is damaged and not as described, although it was not damaged and I have proof of videos sent to her as well as pictures. She wants a refund and they are siding with her even though I have proof and she hasn't provided pictures of the damage AND invoice and post said no refunds or exchanges. Is this normal? What is the point of seller protection?

Yes. As per Seller Protection policy, SNADs are not usually covered unless there are clear signs of buyer’s remorse. The buyer is required to return items on their at their expense for a refund though. If they fail to return, the case can close in your favor.
As for your no refunds invoice terms, well if the buyer isn’t accepting that, they’ll refer to PayPal buyer protection terms by opening a dispute.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
