You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Really none of that works, I contacted Paypal and they responded with this "We appreciate your interest in PayPal; however, our decision to leave your account in a permanent limitation status is final."

Hm, ok guys. So apparently Paypal won’t tell me the reason. I don't know what im doing wrong, and this won’t help if “something” like this happend again in the future. I mean, 180 days restrictions? Hm yeah, ok fine. Im using my friends acc then. Lol

Hi @Fesyaa,
Unfortunately, if a decision has been made to permanently limit your account, this would be final and not something we could change.
You would need to use an alternative payment provider going forward to process online transactions.
Please be assured that we do not take the decision to permanently limit an account lightly and a thorough review would have been completed before doing so.
If you wish to discuss this matter or appeal the decision, you can contact our Support Specialists directly by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any page on the PayPal website.
I hope this answered your query,
Jack
