Zero-Miracle Network Swedish Bra Scam?

I clicked on an ad in my Facebook feed, promising an innovative and new bra style from Sweden.  It's been almost two months, having purchased  on December 30, 2022.  My 'Shop' app alerted me a few times that it was tracked it here and there outside of Sweden, but it never made it to the US.  I'm out $50.70 if I can't get this resolved.  Has anyone else had an issue with them?

You’re welcome. I just hate someone pulling one over on me and how many others? I’m sure Pay Pal will close their account , they are causing too much grief and costing PayPal more in returns.

I wish but highly doubt it. They make money from the scammers when they deal with complaints. And the more the complaints the higher the fee per complaint

PayPal told me that if sellers cause too much aggravation? They will close their account. They could have $20.00 or $20,000 in there. There , they will close it. So the more people that call? The better.

I also got scammed by this company but bought 2 bras so out $80 when trying to return them as one not as described and the other size smaller than stated Paypal gave me a return address but the company would only refund for the one not as described so I paid the return cost and sent it back but today the parcel has returned back to me with incomplete/no such address on the label so now I am out of pocket around $100 with no resolution and items I cannot use Paypal are no help as just had me running around in circles with every contact and gave me the incorrect return address Not happy

Oh dear, that is not good. I just escalated my problem from a dispute to a claim. Will see what happens.

PayPal needs to banish this seller. Here is the ad they used to suck me in to buy some clothing. When I tried to return it they told me to give it away or send back to CHINA! What??? This is wrong.
Paypal is helping me ship items back but can't get a phone number from them for the shipping company lol.I would like to add something to my dispute with the company from China whose advertisement said "Made in the USA" but weren't. My dispute is with the services I received which were untruthful as well as with the goods I received. It wasn't until after I got a package I found out they are based in China. I hope PayPal realizes the need to censor these types of companies that lie. This is the heading from PayPal dispute center that I used to report them: "I received an item or service that was different or not as described." IMG_3499.jpeg

If you go on line regarding this company it has many different different names, and all their customers are claiming they are receiving substandard goods, and everyone is receiving these messages. I took pictures of what I purchased with proof it did not come near to the sizing they posted it was. They are making a huge profit selling anything they please, they make it so difficult, to return most people simply get fed up. Good luck. With my documentation, PayPal reimbursed me.

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

The best thing is to not buy from them in the first place, to recognise them -

1. No return address on the returns policy. The site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) but they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost often more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number. if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. Rarely company address information.
4. Great pictures of items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
5. Fake reviews.
6. Google and you can often see previous company names as they change them once enough claims roll in and Paypal stop them using their services and start over.
7. Send fake tracking numbers to win item non receipt of item claims.

UPDATE. UPDATE. UPDATE I didn't give up, and PayPal came thru with a refund, with no mention of the need to return.
