account bloqued

hello, i just created a PayPal account and they bloqued it with a notification saying that i have to upload my identification document, i did it and they gave me 1 day of checking the document, it was on 28 october and it's 31 but my account still is blocked. i'm located in Rwanda.

I am sorry to hear your account has been limited. I know this must be frustrating. When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the Resolution Center to resolve it. 

Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. The review process can take up to 7-10 business days to complete. You would then be updated via email.
