Hi, purchased an item from ebay.co.uk. Item is not as described, so I opened a case with paypal. Paypal has now notified me that ebay has agreed to issue a full refund if I return the item to the seller. No problem, happy to return. However the return address PayPal has given me is the ebay address for the UK [removed]. I have contacted paypla about this and they just keep repeating that this is the sellers address and I should send item there.
Has anybody had this problem before. I don't want to send the item to the address given and seller then obviously says that they never received the return and I end up not having item or the money...
