my account was hacked and closed, how to report the email?

So my account was hacked and closed, why i didn't receive any email verification for account closing? why is it so easy to close paypal account. is there a way to recover my account? the email said "If you did not authorize your account to be closed, please report this email to us" but i can't find where to report

I'm so sorry to hear of the unauthorized access to your account and its closure. While a closed account cannot be reopened, a representative can review the situation and resolve any other issues that happened as a result of the unauthorized access. Please reach out to customer service for assistance. You can click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options, or you can reach out via PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter. 

I hope this is already resolved, but if not, I know a representative can help get things resolved and get you set up with a new account in no time.
