my acount is limited and there is no case in my Resolution Center.

Hello all
I am from Thailand and I havent this Paypal Acount for a few years Recently I have tried to purchase Xbox Game Pass with Paypal but it told me ""Your account is limited. Please check your PayPal Account Overview page for information on how to resolve this problem."" I also remembered a few months back it said the same thing about some other credible bussinesses, Can someone help me fix this issue please?
I have some amounts in my Paypal Account but the bank cards I have linked to this acount are expired, can that limit the acounts?

Welcome to the PayPal community. We are always happy to have new members. 

 

If you are receiving a notification that your account is limited then you should be seeing something on your Resolution centre. I would go there again and check to see if there are any outstanding issues or steps you need to complete. If you are not seeing anything there then please contact us directly via the help/contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page so we can review your account for you. 

 

In regards to your card expiring, this would not lead to your account being limited. It may be that we require additional verification on your account and this is why it has been limited.
