proof of buyer protection

I bought something using the PayPal with buyer protection. Unfortunately, after I paid, I received an email that the ad was a fraud and I should not pay the seller. But of course it was to late. I called PayPal customer service and the woman on the phone said that I did not pay with buyer protection. Is there a way to prove that I paid with buyer protection? because I am 100% sure I did. As far as I know, PayPal doesn't send you an email, or a receipt confirming that you pay with buyer protection. You just have, in your activity, the detail of the transaction and one sentence on the bottom stating that you could contact PayPal within a certain period of time when having issues and "could be eligible " to buyer protection.

Did you pay using a money request / invoice / website / goods/services via send money OR a paypal.me link?

Hi, I paid using the the "Send" button, I entered the email given by the seller and the amount and name of the item. On the choose payment option window I chose "for good and services"

Well that seems strange then, i would get back to customer services and check why you were not covered?

If you opened a dispute for non receipt of item which would have been the correct option then not sure why you were not covered.

I find it also strange and unacceptable. That's the reason why I am asking here.

I think I was talking to an incompetent person who said that I send the money without the "buyer protection". Therefore, I want to know if there is something I can use as a proof. Or is there noway for me to prove that I paid with "buyer protection" option? Which is ridiculous. How safe is the transaction if that's the case? Any incompetent person reviewing a dispute case could just say no or yes according to there mood, kind of.

I am attaching a print of the transaction detail. I masked some infos for privacy purposes. What I noticed is that when I do a transfer to "friend and family", the transaction detail does not include the "ship to" info and that sentence at the bottom (I highlighted in red). Do those stand as proofs?
