Hello there, I'll try to write in as much details as possible and I hope I can get this problem sorted out and get my money back
So basically, I created a second PayPal account for other kind of payments, then after a while my money started getting on hold due to not linking a credit card, therefore I went to the bank and got a new credit card just so I can use it for PayPal, then after I got home and tried to link the card, it kept telling me "your card has been declined", I had no other choice but to test it on my main account to see if it's the card's issue or the account's issue,
then after trying to link it on my main account, it worked, and then I had to remove my other credit card which was in the main account before that just to link it to the new account that I made, then after removing it and trying to link it to my other PayPal account, they suddenly told me that my account has been limited access,
they asked me for a credit card statement and a photo id, I've provided them with a picture of my national ID card, as well as a picture of my credit card + the card app, and they said that they're gonna respond after 24 hours
then today I logged into my PayPal account and found the red message "we're permanently limiting your account"
losing the account will cost me a lot of money as well as business opportunities, not to mention I literally went to the bank and got a credit card just so i can use it for Paypal, and this is how they reward me? by locking up my account permanently alongside the money in it?
I hope this issue can be sorted out.

There was no need to submit a scan of your credit card and your banking app. That is too much info to reveal! A card statement and photo ID was enough. Then you’re moving add and moving cards around. I think PayPal feels safer to just permanently limit your account.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

so you're suggesting me to leave PayPal and my money, and go to another company instead of telling me a solution lol.
