A seller led me to believe that i was buying virtually new clothing items from depop (buying/selling clothes app) when goods arrived they were clearly used heavily and had stains on them. Hence trying to obtain a full refund in exchange for the goods to be returned.
After escalating my dispute as repeatedly only partial refunds of the same value were being offered, and I was after a full refund due to being mis-lead. The seller finally offered a full refund which i was notified of by PayPal, however in the resolution centre the value still shows the partial amount and not the full but I have no option to dispute it again, only to add tracking details. How do I have the seller or paypal to update the refund value in order for me to return the goods when there doesn't appear to be a way of me communicating the situation and the seller struggles to respond to anything?
Any advice would be helpful.
