Does your account say you cannot use PayPal anymore? If yes, your account has been permanently limited or banned. Financials cannot be removed from permanently limited or banned accounts to prevent circumvention of the ban by trying to open a new account. But you can consider the account closed as major account functions are blocked.

If it is temporary limited and need to provide documents to verify identity, go to the Resolution center.

Dear,

Thank you for your swift reply,

1)To confirm, the email said and I quote " After a review, we decided to permanently limit your acc as we found potential risk associated /w it. " the email goes on but I'm sure you catch on, is that what you were referencing.

If so I have a few following questions, does anyone have access to my ID info / card.

can I just consider that my account is technically deleted, if so I'm satisfied and I won't bother unrestricting.

2) Some background info on why I made a Paypal account. I did a monthly subscription purchase as Paypal *guest* , aka I had no account. to cancel the subscription you need an account therefore I thought making one would solve it. Yet it gave me that restriction immediately.

Pls do advise on both points mentioned

Sincerely,
