I made 2 transaction to pay 2 people from telegram for digital content. However, upon payment, they blocked me and the contents were not given. Am i able to get a refund? I created a claim immediately under transaction not being authorized

A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction.

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal and see if they will open a second dispute for you.

If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback?

Hey thanks for replying! So customer service was really helpful. They changed my 2 transaction into Item Not Recieved after i spoke to them. When I realised i was scammed, i reported it immediately. But by then the transaction was complete. However, after talking to the customer service agent, they told me that the money as of right now is frozen and they would be investigating the issue. Still not sure whether i would win the case because the scammers seemed really shady and i doubt they would want to pay me back. Any tips or advice I could do besides waiting for them to respond?

Make sure you escalate to a claim if paypal have not already done that for you.

If you win and the sellers don't want to refund then paypal would under their buyer protection policy. (terms and conditions apply of course).
