sent information in order to transfer money. Suddenly I can with no email confirming

Paypal said I needed to give information to transfer funds since I had earned over $700 for the month, so i gave the information and proof of fulfillment and got this email - We're reviewing your information Thanks for providing the information we requested. We're currently reviewing it and will update you within 3 business days. A few hours later, the red popup isn't there and i can freely transfer, but theres no confirmation or email saying ive been verified/accepted. My account just went back to normal. Is this normal?

Hi @hinaa8, 

I am happy to hear that your account is working as normal again but I do regret to hear that you didn't receive an update when this was completed. Normally once a review is completed on your account an email is sent to let you know. Some emails do end up in your phising/spam queue so it may have ended up in there. I would have a look to see.
