unable to verify my account !

paypal has finally decide to give me trouble with my account saying i need to verify it !

well, i went to that link and submitted my passport copy and there seems to be a green tick next to it (hope its finalized)

 

but then it is asking to verify my Business Account, it seems i might have opene my paypal as business years ago mistakenly.

 

so paypal replied to me saying my business verification failed and they said this:

If your business is not registered, please send us an email stating this information. Please include your Case ID CIP-AE-119585852477853566   in the subject line of your email. 

===

 

that silly auto reply didnt even bother mentioning paypal email, which i found out myself, so i sent them an email and i got an auto reply with no help saying the following:

You can check the status of your case at any time in your  Resolution Center. (The  Resolution Center is only accessible on a web browser, not the PayPal app). Here you’ll find information about your case and steps to provide additional information.

Here’s how to access the Resolution Center:

 

1.        Log in to your PayPal account.

2.        Click Contact at the bottom of the page.

3.        Click Resolution Center at the top of the page.

4.        Click View next to the Case ID.

so i went to that res. center but there is ZERO open cases and searching for: CIP-AE-119585852477853566

gives me NOTHING !

 

so back to this BS infinite loop ! I am still required to verify a business address and my account is still limited

 

every time i get a notification from paypal i hold my breather about the nonsense and hard time their system will give me

incomplete or innaccurate missing info in the auro response emails, no real humans support, and no contant info other than this forums, any help ?!...

I am sorry to hear you are having issues confirming your identity. I know this must be frustrating. You mentioned that you opened a business account by mistake. 

 

In this case, I would suggest you request your account be downgraded from business to personal. Once your account is downgraded, you will no longer be required to confirm any business information.
