A strange debit card number appeared on my PayPal account , why is this

Can you remove it?

Then run a scan on your computer to make sure there is no malware or viruses.

Change your password and security questions.

Make sure you keep an eye on transactions / funding sources for a while.

Add 2FA to increase security.
