Account limitations

My account shows "we're permanently limiting your account" Am new to PayPal, don't know if I should be scared or concerned. Please help.

We are sorry to hear that your account is permanently limited. Account limitations are implemented by PayPal as part of their efforts to ensure safety and security for all users. You can check the outcome of our decision in your Resolution Centre or Click on the Bell Icon at the top of the your Dashboard. Kindly refer the Help Centre article to to know the reason why PayPal permanently limits users account.

You can also reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page and do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". BY selecting this option, you will not require to log in to your PayPal account.
