Account limited due to selling online.

My account has been limited due to me selling items online. I have no Supplier/Vendor. They're asking me for the supplier information which I cannot provide. What's the possible solution for this?

Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.

Hello, by any chance, were you able to get pass this problem? I’m having the same issue now as i am providing services and not goods.

I haven't yet since I have to wait till my passport gets renewed however I'll update you before October 5th. Did you manage to get pass through the problem? You submitted the requirements they asked for? If yes, did they decline at some point?
