Account now in Chinese characters other than the home page

My account is showing in Chinese.  I read other posts and tried clearing cookies and restarting Chrome.  When I go to Settings or click a button to contact Paypal, the pages switch to Chinese characters & I can't get any further.  Only the home screen is English.  Anyone know how to reset it to English or to contact Paypal other than those links in the account?  No extra charges or fraud, I assume it is what has been described as a cookie or something that I cannot seem to undo. Thank you!

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear your account's language is in an unknown language. I would recommend reaching directly out to our Customer Support teams to report the unauthorized activity. Thank you - Any chance you could send me the exact link so I can cut and paste?  When I click the link you send, it all changes to Chinese characters.  Super frustrating!

Hi @KDR2022, thanks for your reply! Sorry to hear that link is changing to Chinese characters. Our Customer Service is available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message. Normally, you can message Customer Service directly, but you may run into issues with that being in Chinese as well.
