BETTER SLEEP - subscription I did not authorize ??

I was researching Better Sleep app went to check cost on PAYPAL and when I saw that it was a "subscription" situation, I just backed out of PAYPAL - without finishing the transaction.

I have now been charged for an app I never got or used .THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT the SELLER – I need PAYPAL’s help to get a refund.

I posted with the help center and they say the vendor says I did not cancel the billing agreement before the transaction took place.   I only noticed the charge on my account 48 hrs later.

I have never downloaded app, know how to, or used the app.  What am I being charged for ? This is an abusive aggressive billing practice and I demand a refund from Google.

Can anyone recommend what next steps I should take to get a refund ?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
