Banggod tries to fool me! They never send me the right package!

I have a serius problem with Banggood! These guys are thifts!! 

They keep saying that ther couldnt make a contact with the seller and the Warehouse not responding!
Is this possible that they couldnt get access with the seller or Warehouse??

I dont know why they couldnt get a line with Warehouse but this is so weird! Or on purpose? I might say...

This what I get instead of my Futura! And I received it as it is a naked box no bag or anything!

I have canser in my brain and this supposed to by a gift for a friend of mine but instead of getting my Futura 64mm PNP is received this one.....

I have already open a ticket but I have issues with Banngood!! they are not willing to give my money back!

I have already done that too! My friend These guys are scammers! Totally!! Banggood keep playing games at my back! They think that I'm stupid or somewhere seriously! I ordered one plane at Banggood Futura 64mm PNP check it out if you can and they send me this one instead E0717 they don't want to send my money back and of course to send package back as well! I've had already send to Paypal -Videos of undoxing -Video of the weight of the box -Photos of both boxes basically it was only one and was one box inside to an other! -SKU codes of both boxes! But I've never ordered the second one! I just order the Futura 64mm PNP and they are saying that this is the correct one.. it drives me crazy honestly! Wrong item send by the same Warehouse CZ to be exactly! And I can prove it with the weight video and my account statement also I have never ordered the second one! And anyone can see it! I'm in such desperation and I really wish that Paypal will refund me the can't prove it in their system as well I have only one order and this is the Futura 64mm PNP

I really do hope so that they don't hide behind the finger as the Banggood does! It is all there all the data all the information available is there! Obviously I'll share what ever they want and provide any new video or photo! But evidence speaks by them self! Just to see the SKU code isnt connected at any order that I placed thats would be enough!! Both are send out from CZ Warehouse both of them they said the agent I mean admits that after an item shipped out gets an SKU code! But both of them get it from the same Warehouse CZ! I'm in desperation right now.....165€ to go wasted is not fair they should REFUND me!
