I know a little (very little bit) about cyber security. Probably you won't get the money back. But hacking is a crime. If you want to proof that you got hacked, look up at these topics:
-netstat
- wireshark
I can't explain those, it would take to long. Also inform your bank. Hacker can use something called ,,keylogger" so be careful. Don't use paypal, bank data (login), email login on the device that got hacked. Everywhere where you need a passwort, dont do that on your PC. If you go with this case to the police, maybe theres a 5% chance that you will get the money back if they can proof that you got hacked. But I think you can't get the money back, sorry.
