My account is blocked as I had reported fraud on my credit card. I eventually recognized the charge as mine and closed the card because I didn't use it. In order to lift the block PayPal is requiring me to have possession of the card or the last account statement but the card is long closed and I don't have a statement. I called Capital One and they are unable tp produce a statement for the account because it was closed > 3yrs ago. Help!
