Can't upload company directors bank statement, all other uploads working fine

Hoping somebody on here can help, I have tried to get help on livechat and they had no idea what was going on.

I am trying to open a business account in Thailand. Everything works fine apart from when I try to upload the directors proof of address the website times out. The other uploads required on the same page are fine and have been accepted, but the bank statement PDF or JPG will not upload.

I have tried in Firefox and Chrome. With PDF and JPG.

Here is the flow:

Then there is this section:

Then there is this popup:

I have uploaded the copy of the bank statement and then click on the submit button.

This then gives me an activity indicator:

And that's it, the activity indicator gets stuck and just sits there.

Other documents on the same page working fine and showing as in review but this one just will not be accepted.

Any ideas what is happening here?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to upload the document in your PayPal account. I would suggest you to try some basic troubleshooting like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. Also please try changing the file format or using a different browser/device to see if this works.
