Canceled Actitech limited by their email and charged again

I cancelled the charge the same day I subscribed and nothing showed up on my purchase on phone . A charge of $15.19 was listed on my PayPal bill. I went to web site and sent email to cancel. No reply. Now new charge of $38..95. I must get a refund for both charges!!!

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
