My case is over a mouth under reviewing. I sent all paper work about posting the item back and payment I di. Why Paypal never do anything?

Paypal asked to send the item to ebay. I sent it with proof of shipping and delivery. I sent all the proof that I already paid for the item. The solution is just to give me the money back. What it looks like is that Paypal doesn't want to give me my money back. This is a shame.

You are supposed to send the item back to the seller not Ebay.
Ebay does not sell anything they are just a site for sellers to sell items.

Paypal sent a instruction to send back to ebay. This why I send back to this address above. If PayPal gave the wrong instructions, it's their fault. Not mine.
