Close account

PayPal says I cannot close my account but it has outdated information that it won’t let me change. I opened another account with the correct details and want to close the other one but it wont let me close the original one

Only customer services can help you with this one.

Also if the other account has limitations then you aren't allowed to open a new one unless they give you permission so be careful.
