Is anyone in this community familiar with ARRIS USA, LTD. AKA Laser Ship AKA vivienfashion.com???
1. I purchased almost $200 worth of clothing from vivienfashion.com thru Facebook. Unfortunately, all the clothing were counterfeit.
2. This company provided the following name/address for returns: Laser Ship,[Removed], DAYTON, NJ. [Removed].
3. After the seller received my return package at the NEW JERSEY (they provided), this seller contacted PayPal, and told them that I need to send the return items to: ARRIS USA, LTD, [Removed], KWUN PONG [Removed], IF MANNING INDUSTRY BLDING, KOWLOON PONG before they will refund my money.
4. THE PROBLEM....THIS SELLER ALREADY RECEIVED THE PACKAGE at their NJ location. Per UPS, an employee by the name of MEHTA (at the front desk) signed for it at 10:07am on 8/1/23. However, PayPal refused to help me get my money back and deny my claim even though I provided all the information they requested. I am now out a total of $200 and I have no product because I returned all the clothing back to the company NJ location. I have no email address or phone number to contact this company for my refund, so I need your help getting my money back since PAYPAL REFUSES to help.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a refund even though you've returned your items. It sounds like you might have opened a Significantly Not as Described case initially. If that's true, I recommend updating it to a Credit Not Processed case. When updating the case type, you'll want to provide copies of the conversation with the merchant where they advised you to return the item to the address you mentioned.
