I know all this. I was asked to provide documents and refused. Can you please review my case again? Maybethe problem is that I came from Russia, where my parents live. I provided a Kazakh driver's license, a statement from a Kazakh bank account and an internet account. Is there any other information I can provide to prove my account? I can't contact the support team through live chat. Myspoken English is too weak for me to talk on the phone,so please help me. I think that blocking my account wasan accident. I am willing to provide any additional documentation if needed.
