Deposit while Paypal account is blocked

So my Paypal account is blocked because I was underage when I signed up, but I didn’t know that until 3 weeks ago when I did a deposit. The transaction never succeed but the amount of money left my bank account. The money disappeared clearly? What can I do?

Are the funds showing in your paypal account balance?

Was there a negative balance at the time you made the transfer?

If nothing on paypal then contact your bank for a funds trace.
