Anybody have a problem with disputing a claim? I found out that someone got a hold of my debit PayPal card and used it in Ohio. I live in Florida the person used my card for 84 dollars. Customer service said the person had my card when I’m staring right at it. Wasn’t a family member no one I know lives in Ohio and now PayPal won’t refund what I lost I don’t know what else to do
I already filed a claim and was denied because it was considered an authorized purchase but I don’t live in Ohio and did not approve this authorization. Please can anyone help?
