Does the support service exist?

9 months ago, my account was simply blocked without explanation, they said in half a year you will be able to withdraw money. Results, 9 months have passed, 3 since I received the letter "you can", but without instructions, and the opportunity at all. And + to all this - I am added to the blacklist of the support service, they do not respond to any of my emails, not a single one of my calls, not a single one of my messages. And yes, I tried it several times, at different times, on different days, for 9 months. I just want to withdraw my money and not see this hypocrisy.

Ukrainian customers who receive money from friends and family in their Ukrainian PayPal Wallet will be able to transfer these funds to their bank account by linking an eligible Mastercard or Visa debit card, or to an eligible Mastercard or Visa credit card. All withdrawals will be processed in the Ukrainian currency (UAH).

You absolutely did not help me. I am not given the opportunity to withdraw money. And they do not want to respond to any of my messages for help in any place. Please call a living person here, if you know how to do it

Not having the power of telepathy I was unaware you had a linked bank or card on your account but were still unable to withdraw to it.

Maybe politely stating that information would have been helpful.

I could then have advised on further options.

However I don't help rude folks, so good luck with your issue and goodbye.

I apologize if I offended you, but I have already seen enough people who "we really want to help you", I repeat, I have been trying to understand why my account is blocked for 9 months, and 3 months - how do I withdraw my money. I did it politely, directly, pleading, in every way.  

 

If you read my first post again - you'll see that I've been using Pipe for a while, I've been receiving payments, I've been withdrawing money, everything was fine, I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. I just used the app for its intended purpose. But I repeat, the account is still blocked without explanation and investigation, I still haven't seen a single person who would really want to help me, and would say at least something useful. I know what to compare with, and I know what a black list is. 

 

I probably won't be able to find help here, so I'm sorry again if my bad experience offended you

Thank you for another template text. I have already seen dozens of them, there is nothing useful in them. I checked the possible reasons for the blocking, maybe I violated something, maybe not, no one explains anything to me. My account was simply blocked, and they don't want to help me figure it out. I don't want anything anymore, just give me the opportunity to get my money back, which I received honestly. Which PP "agreed" to return to me, but did not give me the opportunity. I'm sorry that the support team no longer wants to do their job and help people deal with their problems. And unfortunately, my messages will be hidden, as it shows the real mood of the company. But I'm just sorry for the money that was really stolen from me at the moment and Frozen in acc , unfortunately. I didn't believe it when my friends warned me about theft, but I was wrong when I believed that "support center" could help me if I had problems.
