Entered a scammed address for shipment

I have placed an order on the website Quince.com using PayPal. As the website doesn’t provide international shipping I registered through myus.com. Few moments later I realised myus.com was a total scam, I contacted  Quince.com back to cancel the order but the are not able to do so still and they shipped the order despite me contacting them immediately. What can I do and who can I contact for help?

I totally understand your concern about your recent purchase. If there's any issue with the purchase, PayPal purchase protection policy covers the payment and helps you to get refund if certain requirements are met. If you don't receive your order or it's significantly not as described, you can report the purchase in the resolution center of your PayPal account.
