FF payment to a hacker? PayPal let it go through

I noticed two charges on my account ONLY because I got an email. A friends and family payment on one day then another the following day. I went into my account to message this person, but can't send a message to them. Tried to dispute the charges as I don't recognize them at all, but PayPal came back and said it matches my history. I have ZERO history sending people friends and family payments. I used PayPal for my Oats Overnight, EveryPlate and Starbucks. My bank declined the transaction when it went through so PayPal turned around and took it from my card on file! Again NO CLUE who this person is. I recently had identity theft in January too... I removed all my payment methods and PayPal still went through and took money!

It is my opinion that PayPal is, knowingly, and intentionally, aiding and abetting fraud, hacking and phishing which PayPal KNOWS is happening; and which PayPal KNOWS is the result of defective code in their system.

A client used the link -- which PayPal provided -- to pay my invoice.  But while the screen appeared to be my account, leading my customer to make the payment, it was an unknown fraud who spoofs my account's email and uses my name.  PayPal refuses to do anything, not even charge back the fraud account, or require an explanation, and my customer is out over $1,000.00 and my firm has lost the same amount.

I recommend that PayPal be put on the 'unsafe' list; and my firm will stop accepting PayPal and will not use PayPal again.
