I've recently bought an Item off a Seller, in particular a pair of Pants but when they arrived i noticed that they were Fake. I got back the Money from the Seller due to the Despute and a Refund. Since the Item is Fake, am i allowed to even send it back to the Seller or do i keep, or destroy the piece?
