Fraud Disputes Buyer Protection

I made a dispute over products I was not happy with, a weightloss Company I found through Facebook. I even had screen shots of our WhatsApp Chat where the seller would give me a FULL REFUND if I used the product for 7 days and found no results - which I did not. The seller, located in China, required me to return the products before giving me a full refund. I sent the goods only to find that the package made it the province and nothing else happened. I asked for my money back and the seller said to contact their customer service department without any link to it. I complained to PayPal that this ethic is worthy of a return of my money but was declined. So now PayPal are declining me my money back when I was clearly not satisfied and told in writing I could have a full refund... almost £700! PayPal are certainly NOT for the consumer and open to help scammers. Truly upset that it is also IMPOSSIBLE to complain to PayPal directly as clearly I deserve my refund. I even presented proof, yet was declined.

You spend £700 on buying something from China to help you lose weight?? The only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise.

None of these so called products help you lose weight. However any 'guarantee' of it working is not worth the paper it was written on if it was an international transaction as it can't be enforced.

If you opened a dispute for 'item received but not as described' and lost then sadly nothing you can do about it unless you funded your paypal payment via a credit card? If so then try your card issuer but they often decline as well if its tat sent from one of these China websites on Social Media.
