Bro this is insane, I was just charged $42.70 from "PPPL EU CE USD SINGAPO". I dont understand, I didn't purchase anything. How did you get your money back once the charge was taken from your account?? (Happened to my bank account, not PayPal account). Also, this was yesterday as well, just didn't notice it at all.

I just got a charge for $186 from PPPL EU CE USD. Paypal has it listed as GN Audio A/S. In Singapore. I disputed it with my bank, can't dispute it with paypal because it is still pending.

I also just received a charge for $74.00 from PPPL AU CE AUD SINGAPORE SG. Was also a bit worried, but worked out it was my online order from Target.

I noticed Sat morning AEST a charge for A$64.03 and I use Paypal 4 in 4 a LOT. It stated Pending: " PP AUS SG AUD NON CE SINGAPORE SG" via Westpac Mastercard. Just coincidentally the amount seems to match up, possibly with a 4 in 4 Paypal payment organized but should show up under Australian Paypal. I cannot challenge it till it drops off pending into claimed amount OR wait until Monday 8th July to find out more information. Perhaps Paypal has been targeted or phished as to WHY so many of its customers, us have been caught out?

I have also been charged USD 50.83 (SGD 68.95) on my Wise card, and immediately froze the card. Immediately after freezing the card, there was one more active card check, and then another 2 attempts to scam me for another USD11.26, with the vendor being ENEBA and PPPL EU CE USD.
I disputed the charge with Wise, who told me to "check with PayPal" as it could have been a recurring payment I authorised. What rubbish!!!
Seems like there is a lot of fraudulent activity lately.
