Hi,
I saw some lovely dresses via Instagram for my 3 little daughters on my wedding. I have chatted for some while to ask questions and they were really professional and nice. I even got extra pictures of the dress I wanted to order. They sent me link via Paypal which I paid, I even didn't knew there was a friends/family option and wasn't noted in anyway this was the case. When I opened the box I realized those were cheap copies of the dress I ordered, zippers of all the 3 dresses aren't working, and most of all they don't look like the dress I ordered. But I felt secured as I have paid via Paypal. First I have contacted the store with my complaint and told them I want to return the dresses to Paris on my expense but want to have a refund on the dress (365 EUR). They didn't respond but blocked me on Instagram. They don't respond on the info site on their website and the emailaddress on paypal is fake. But worst of all, I cannot fill a complaint...I am so angry that I just have to accept this, at least Paypal could insert in it's proces that both parties acknowledge the friends or family relationship? When they have sent the payment link it's clearly fraud from the beginning as they would know at front that I would complain and ask my money back. Just after my order I got a message on a public message of another customer warning others...@Paypal I see that they remain active...
The store's name is [removed].

If they sent you a personal paypal.me link then before you click to pay there is a clearly marked box / option to tick to make it a goods/services transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I never ever boxed it ...that I am sure as this is no family or friend at all, what sense does this make?

A paypal.me link from a personal account is always a friends/family payment.
That is why paypal put on a tick box during the payment process to change it to a goods/services payment if you are paying for a purchase rather than sending a gift.
If you didn't use the tick box then you sent a f/f payment.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
