This evening I was charged $99.49 for a GrubHub Seamless charge from San Francisco (I live in Colorado). I went to Paypal's Resolution Center to dispute it and was notified that, "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction." Anyone else have this issue or know what to do? Thanks!

Same thing just happened to me yesterday. I haven't used my grubhub account in 2 years. I live in California and the order was for 68 dollars and sent to the campus of Ohio State University. I was still asleep when the order happened so I wasn't able to catch the order before it was delivered. I google map'd the address and it showed the address to the student housing on campus. I contacted grubhub and they said that they will send the claim to their fraud specialist. it has been 24 hours and I haven't heard from them since. I contacted my bank and since they said the transaction hasn't hit on their end yet then they couldn't help me until it does. I contacted PayPal and they said they will keep on eye on it for me and if it does close then they'll investigate the matter further. I changed my passwords to all my accounts and took out all my information on GH to prevent any further transactions. I guess now it's a waiting game to see if the PP charges complete and if it does complete then I'll dispute the charges with my bank. PP customer service was excellent so far. GH customer service was not helpful at all. I got a call center overseas and it seems that they were going off a script the entire time and didn't have any resolutions other than sending it the fraud department.
