Just noticed that there are two transactions for which I did not approve. Anyone have any advice?

As well as the information in the link I would also change your password and security questions and keep a close eye on your account.

I also found 3 charges from these folks. have no idea how they got into my paypay account thats scarry

I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized payments on your PayPal account. I recommend following the steps provided by @kernowlass, for filing an unauthorized dispute. You'll also want to reset your password and security questions by following these steps. I also suggest checking if a subscription was set up and canceling it. To add another layer of security to your PayPal account, it's a good idea to add 2-Step Verification.
