Hello.
I sell some ingame money to a guy and there was not problem at all. He get curency I get real life money.
After 3 days he ask for refund for : Dont receaved the product...
I was like wtf is going on...
He send there 2 photos of the conversation as prove, but there is absolutly nothink... Also there is a messeage WHERE HE THANKS ME FOR THE TRANSACTION !!!! So if somebody read the messeage and care about custom protection they dont accept that refund...
But somebody accept it and now I am in negative balance and I dont have that money to pay of...
So I send more proves, The buyer get the product...
I send whole chat log, where he accept the tearms of trade.
I send all messeages between me and buyer and there is nothink like i dont get a product at all.
Also he claims in the ticket I block him on discord where conversation was, but I instantly send the photo of discord where is written he block me so I cant reach to him...

Messages and screenshots are not proof as they can be digitally altered.
If you want to see if you had paypal seller protection or not then go read up on that section in paypals user agreement so you can risk assess your transactions.
Good luck with your lawsuit. 😉
