Got Bill for payment made from Hacked account thanking ex

My wife got email today that ex husband made payment to LifeLock from her old account she been out of multiple years. How can she shut down or get access to it?

You would need to go through PayPal customer service for that as only they can help you to reclaim a lost or stolen account. 

Did the money get taken out of her linked bank account/card?  If yes, make PayPal customer service aware of that fact as well.

Kind of Ironic he may be using a stolen identity to pay for identity theft protection software.
