Got an unauthorised transaction, resolution centre closed the case.

I was watching netflix and I noticed a notification from my bank. I was really shocked when I noticed that there was a payment made on some website I have never seen before. Basically this website is called GAMIVO dot COM and someone created a user with my gmail and everything and made a purchase? Dont know how they got my bank credentials and stuff, but I reported this to paypal and they didnt do anything, they just closed the case. I cant even change my pass on the website because I dont know it and when i create a ticket there the person just cancels the ticket.
