SOOUYA TECHNOLOGIES has , been charging me $29.95 since Jan.  And no , I never looked at my credit card statements because I just don't ever use this card., I have 2 cards on file w/ PAYPAL .  I just happened to look now and saw all of these since Jan. Its next to impossible to file a dispute with PayPal... You have to be a computer genius OR have 10 extra hours a day to dispute one by one and they want to you change your passcode each Time !??? WTF ?  I AM SO DONE WITH PAYPAL !!!! DONE ! Too many other ways to send money nowadays.

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel and it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Do you use Mobi Tracker?  They are under the HKSTL umbrella.

It is a scam/fraud. You can stop the monthly payment through Pay Pal.

On my end I was so surprised to be sent two $190 receipts from this company via paypal (charged on different transactions) when I haven't even connected with them.

I immediately reported the transaction and same thing, paypal immediately flagged it as legitimate transaction. I am contacting them via support

as $380 is a serious amount and wasn't done via pre approved plans as it was a one time process.

  • No further charges by RECOVERYMST will ever be allowed to be made against my bank account.
  • I will be refunded $279.93 by my bank’s fraud department.

I lost my phone, an Android and I used this service to try to find it. It told me a location that was totally bogus and charged me 89 cents. Nowhere did it mention that this was just for a one day trial. One loses their phone or other device and they are urgent to find it. So, no mention this was a one day trial that after which would result in the charging of 49.80 recurring monthly. So, they happily will cancel that subscription which you UNKOWINGLY created but the first month stands. I have been emailing them all day and it is like all AI phoniness. They simply will not refund the money. I am a poor person which really shouldn't matter but I can't afford this kind of ripoff. PayPal tells me I can dispute the charge but it will take 1 to 2 months and it is best to discuss it with the company's customer service. I have received no satisfaction from HONG KONG SOOUYA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED customer service. So, when should I take this to PayPal dispute?

I came on this site to help find a friends phone. I typed in the phone number and was advised that there was a charge of .89 cents for the service. I felt that it was worth it and authorized the charge through my paypal.

Hong Kong Sooya then went through this fake finding and told me my friends phone was in Washington. I live in Ontario Canada. I closed the site.

The next day I checked Paypal and observed that there was a  charge of $49.80 US on my account from Hong Kong Soouya and it was classified as a monthly charge. This 49.80 was in US funds and actually $70.64 in Canadian funds. I immediately contacted PayPal and filed a dispute (which is a joke with Paypal).  I also went  to the bank and uta stop payment on Paypal for these charges. This cost me $15.00 to stop any payment from PayPal for a number of months.

I later checked PayPal a couple of days after and found PayPAl had my account in arrears for $50.65 US. I then sent them a complaint about these charges. I again reiterated that I did not authourize these charges.

Paypal did their so called investigation and I got a reply from a Mohammed that they felt that I authourized these charges. I authorized the .89 charge but not the monthly charges. That doesn't seem to matter to PayPal. I advised them that if they did a proper investigation on the internet they would see that there was numerous complaints on the internet and PayPal also put out warnings about HONG KONG SOOUYA, yet they still allow this scam on PayPal affecting their customers.

Trying to get anywhere with PayPal was useless. They don't seem to car about fraud or scams to their customers. I will not apy this overdraft to PayPal. PayPal is implicate in this scam if they knowingly are aware of this scam and continue to allow this type of behaviour.

Does anyone know to contact someone in PayPal who actually is able to see through this scam and is not from some foreign country who could care less.

Thanks
