Have been overcharged by vendor for sevral, vendor adimted but refuses to refund.

As title says, notice that I have been double billed for service for several years, almost evry month, 2 charges instead of 1.  Vendor refuses to return the money. Would PayPal help?

Paypal covers you for non-receipt of item / items received but not as described or unauthorised transactions for up to 180 days post payment.

If they were subscriptions you authorised then you may not be covered but no harm trying.

Failing that if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card the see if they will chargeback for you?

Lastly if the company is in the same country as you then do you have a small claims court you could try?
