How can PayPal demand I contact Chinese customs about a parcel I sent back to Fruugo in good faith? Is PayPal in bed with Fruugo as they are backing them on a item which was faulty and dodgy and I sent back on Pay Pal instructions…It got to Chinese customs and I provided proof of return and now PayPal want me to contact the Chinese Customs about one of their own ?? Impossible and unbelievable….PayPal are making themselves look like a second class service by bowing to the Chinese and ripping Australians off!😡😡
