Hello, my Account got permanently blocked for presumed suspicious behavior and I am unsure why. I created an account yesterday but had to recreate it today so that I can change my name to be the name as my national ID after learning that I was required to send it to them (& I mentioned this as the reason why I'll close my previous account). I then spent the rest of the day today testing PayPal's integration with my website and figuring out how to add the webhook listener. I have been trying to contact Paypal with this issue but none of their communication channels are open. Could someone please tell me how to fix this or how to contact Paypal other than the ones in the help center since none of them are working? Thanks in advance. Reference ID: PP-L-462059608747
Thank you so much! For some reason, none of my messages can be sent to them ever since the ban, the resolution center also isn't functioning since then and I can't call them since I'm outside the US. If you know of any other alternatives, please let me know.
